Position: Crew Leader (Salary or Commission based on experience)
Candidate Characteristics:
The crew leader will ideally possess the following characteristics:
• Dedication and work ethic to see weekly responsibilities through to the finish
• Physical strength and stamina to work long hours
• Flexibility in hours and availability to work around inclement weather, etc.
• Personable and customer oriented.
• Safety minded.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative and solid decision making skills
• Knowledge of machines an basic maintenance capabilities.
• Detail and efficiency oriented

Duties and Responsibilities:
The crew leader will:
• Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license (class 4 an asset)
• Have trailering/towing experience
• Experience operating zero turn mowers, weed trimmers, push mowers and have a general
working knowledge of tools of the trade
• Trouble shooting of machine related issues; maintenance schedule of machines
• On site management/team work of a crew of 2 or 3 employees.
